SHIPPING POLICY
It is so exciting to ship my art to my customers! I have experienced the joy of receiving an original piece of art, and it is truly a moving and remarkable experience.
Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping times are up to the carrier. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days, or longer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If you package is lost in transit, please contact me via megan@meganmichelleart.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement or product of equal or lesser value shipped out at no additional cost to you.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at megan@meganmichelleart.com and I'll be happy to replace your item or substitute one of equal or lesser value. NOTE: you must send detailed pictures of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return.
I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
